Our 3-Stage Quality Audit Process:
1. Raw Material Verification
Before production begins, every batch of EPDM, Silicone, and Natural Rubber polymer undergoes a chemical composition check. We ensure the raw material matches the specific Shore Hardness and weather-resistance requirements of your industry.
2. In-Process Technical Monitoring
During the extrusion of profiles or the molding of seals, our technicians perform real-time tolerance checks. Using digital calipers and precision templates, we ensure that custom profiles match your CAD drawings with a +/- 0.2mm accuracy.
3. Laboratory Stress Testing
Every product leaving the Om Shri Sai Industries floor is subjected to rigorous mechanical testing:
Tensile Strength & Elongation: Ensuring the rubber can withstand extreme stretching without snapping.
Shore A Hardness Testing: Verifying the exact flexibility required for your application.
Compression Set & Aging: Testing how the seals perform under long-term pressure and high-temperature environments.
